46 LOCHVIEW ROAD, MATSHEUMHLOPHE COTTAGE

Contypro supplied material and constructed the upmarket house in Matsheumhlophe on Lochview Road for a UK based Client who watched the whole process unfold through an online platform where we upload progress videos and pictures during construction for constant monitoring, since the Client will not be within close proximity to the development. The cottage features two bedrooms, a kitchen, lounge, 2 patios and a storeroom for a 100m2 under roof. We constructed from foundation up to roofing and finishes including BIC fittings. The exterior wall was finished with natural stone cladding up to plinth level to give it an aesthetically pleasing appearance. The project was completed on time (2021) within initially set budget.

46 LOCHVIEW ROAD, MATSHEUMHLOPHE STONEWORK DURAWALL AND STORM DRAINAGE

We did a fix and supply for the stonework perimeter wall and stormwater drainage. The wall covered a total length of 180m with 40m being stone, and 140m blockwork. The wall also featured arcs at the entrance with a bridge and culvert pipes.

Inyanga Residential House

A multi-million dollar mansion with 4 bedroom all en-suite, 2 lounges, kitchen and other spacious rooms. The pillars were finished with stone cladding.

505 HOPEVILLE

A 252 square metre house under roof, which features 4 bedrooms with 2 ensuites, kitchen, lounge, dining area and a double garage. The foundation brick wall was had an extra over facing. We constructed from foundation up to roofing.

505 HOPEVILLE DURAWALL

We worked on the 2m high one brickwall durawall which was constructed using standard bricks at Hopeville Estate.

534 HOPEVILLE

Contypro did a supply and fit on this FICUS design plan at the Hopeville Estate. The house covers 252m2 under roof, 4bed with 2ensuites, kitchen, lounge, dining area and a double garage. The exterior was constructed with facebrick up to door height level.

Selbourne wall and drainage

A 2m high stonework boundary wall with facebrick pillars and a storm water drainage. Completed in 2020.

EMHLANGENI LODGE

A modern double storey lodge with 15bedrooms, all unsuites, a spacious lounge and other recreational rooms. The lodge also features a separate 3bedroomed single storey and an office building. We constructed from foundation up to roofing and finishes including tiling, electrical and plumbing appliances.

95 WHITESTONE ROAD, BURNSIDE TOWNHOUSES

The project features 4 townhouses with 3bed, one ensuite, lounge, kitchen each. A separate cottage and servants’ quarter is also being constructed together with the townhouses.

FORTUNESGATE ROAD, MATSHEUMHLOPHE STONEWORK

Located on Fortunesgate Road in Matsheumhlophe is a stunning state of the art stonework perimeter wall, which we constructed to a 3m high level on a mountainous sloping stand. The stonework features a Great Zimbabwe design style using stone masonry which we supplied to the Client.

Inyati Residential House

Covering 250 square meters with garage, 2 ensuites 2020 and stonewall (Project onhold).

Sauerstown stonework

Granite stone boundary wall covering over 60m total length. Project completed to Client’s satisfaction within budget (2021).
