How much does it cost to build a house in Zimbabwe?

It ranges from US$300 to US$500 per square metre depending on the type of finishes and other aesthetics implemented on the house.

What permits and licenses are required for one to build a house in Zimbabwe?

A building permit is obtainable at the relevant City Council after submission of your building plans and stage inspections are done during construction by Council Inspectors at a fee. We assist in every step from plan drawing to obtaining relevant permits and construction.

How long does it take to get a quotation and do you charge for quotations?

Our process is to be on-site for an assessment first since ground conditions differ leading to different kinds of foundations. Then after ascertaining ground conditions one can receive his/her quotation within 48 hours.
We don’t charge for general quotations, we only charge for detailed quotations that clearly list all materials with estimate quantities and costs.
